Grade 4 £17,693 – £19,095 (Actual salary £13,150 – £14,192)
We are looking to appoint a full-time TA2 to work within our School’s ERP (Enhanced Resource Provision) – the “Base”. The Base is a supported by a small friendly team providing a calm, nurturing and supportive environment.
We support 10 students, all of whom have an ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) diagnosis and / or other needs. We work closely with parents/carers, offering a holistic approach. No one day is ever the same, but the role is very rewarding.
If you are extremely patient, willing to work across a range of subjects and both Key Stages 3 and 4 and to promote independence with our young people, we would love to hear from you. You may have previous exposure to ASC be this in a voluntary or work capacity – but this is not essential.
