York Railway Station lies on the East Coast Main Line from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh. There are also rail links from the East Coast and the West Coast.
The school is a short bus or taxi ride direct from the railway station.
By Bus, Cycle or Walking
The iTravel York link http://www.itravelyork.info/ is an excellent website giving full details of transport facilities within the city. This site not only shows you how long it will take to walk, cycle or catch the bus to the school, but will also give you comprehensive directions.
There are currently 157 cycle parking spaces at the school. This will be increased considerably in the near future, as part of the classroom block and sports hall expansion which is under construction.
Year 7 students are offered cycle training at school through the Bike It Scheme. Once again, further information can be found on the iTravel York website.
Fulford School is situated in Fulford, just off the A19, with easy access to the A64. Parking is limited during term time and we encourage people arriving by car to consider car-sharing.
Fulford School is in the early stages of establishing a car share scheme. There is a city wide scheme that can be found at http://www.carshareyork.com. Alternatively, please email firstname.lastname@example.org giving details of your route and times of travel.

York Pullman provide school bus services to the school. Further details are available on their website http://www.yorkpullmanbus.co.uk/school-transport You should contact York Pullman for any query relating to timetables, issuing new or lost passes or to enquire about purchasing a concessionary place on a school bus for your child.
