Y13 Parents Evening

I write to give details of the rescheduled Parents Evening. This will now take place on Tuesday, 26 January 2010 at the normal time between 4.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Appointments made for the previous session will be automatically rolled forward, however if you need to reschedule any of the times previously allocated then please ask your son/daughter to rearrange this with their subject teachers as soon as possible.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the previous session, but given the problems caused by the weather this was done in the interests of health and safety. I appreciate that the revised date may mean some students will not attend as they have examinations the following day, however due to the length of the examination period, other scheduled events and the need for parents to receive feedback on academic performance in a timely manner, I am unable to hold this event at another time.
Mrs Denwood will not be attending the event due to absence so please direct any general concerns or queries either to myself or Mr Baker.
